We aim to make your journey toward rest and
renewal as easy as possible—from the moment you sign up. Here’s how payments
work:

Secure Your Spot
• A non-refundable deposit of [25%] is required at the time of booking
to reserve your space.
Flexible Payment Plan Options
We offer two payment options to fit your budget and planning needs:

Option 1: Early Bird – 60 days before the Retreat Date
• Pay the full retreat fee upon booking and receive a 5% instant discount
as a thank-you for early commitment.

Option 2: Pay in Stages – 45 Days before the Retreat Date

• Spread your payments over 2 Stages

25% – Deposit
at the time of Booking

75% – 45 Days before the start of the retreat.

Last-Minute Bookings
• Bookings made within 30 days of the retreat require full payment at the time
of registration.

Cancellation Policy

At Laya, we understand that life is unpredictable. While we do our best to
accommodate the unexpected, please understand that we incur costs and make
commitments on your behalf once you book. We kindly ask you to review the
following policy before registering:

Cancellations by Participants
• Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat will receive a
full refund of amount paid (minus the deposit.)
• Cancellations made 30–44 days before the retreat will receive a 50%
refund of the total cost (minus the deposit.).
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel due to low enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or safety
concerns, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit. We are
not responsible for additional costs incurred (such as airfare), so we strongly
recommend travel insurance.

Travel Insurance
For your peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance
that includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage.

Transfers

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person up
to 14 days before the retreat, pending approval. 

Disclaimer
Laya offers curated retreat and mindful travel experiences designed to support
personal growth, wellness, and cultural immersion. While we strive to provide
safe, enriching, and well-organized journeys, participation is voluntary and at
your own risk.
Laya is not liable for any personal injury, loss, delays, or unforeseen
circumstances arising during travel, retreat activities, or third-party
services. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically
and mentally fit to join, and to carry appropriate travel insurance.
Experiences are subject to change due to weather, availability, or local
conditions. Laya reserves the right to modify itineraries as needed for safety
and quality of experience.
Photography & Media Usage
During our retreats and travels, photos and videos may be taken by Laya’s team
or authorized personnel. By participating, you grant Laya the right to use any
such media in which you may appear, for promotional, marketing, or publicity
purposes (including on our website, social media, and print material), without
compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us
in writing prior to the retreat.
By joining a retreat or travel experience with Laya, you acknowledge and accept
these terms.
